As far as housing is concerned this entails the relationship with DSU and its offices. After a complaint is made, the Ombudsperson carries out an investigation and tries to find a solution.

Our research shows the negative effects of malpractices, difficulties in housing search, and housing conditions in general on the psychological well-being of students. In particular, our research highlights the conjoint stress factors that could affect foreign students. PoliPsi is a counselling, psychological, and psychotherapeutic support service that could address some of the difficulties faced by students.
