You can ask support for reading rental contracts and their clauses.

Legal Counseling

You can request legal advice and first-level counselling on specific personal situations

Expenses

You can ask support for navigating regulations and housing expenses (maintenance, taxes, laws, bills, contracts).

Malpractices

You can ask support for reporting malpractices, scams and illegal or discriminatory activities.
